  • Your role
    Key responsibilities in your new role
  • Develop, automate, and integrate new requirements and workflows to optimize the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform for Audit, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Internal Controls
  • Develop and enhance the CAAT environment by leveraging AI technologies
  • Prepare and maintain state-of-the-art documentation for the GRC platform and CAAT environment
  • Interface with internal customers and suppliers on technical matters
  • Implement, operate, and maintain incident management processes to ensure effective incident handling, problem resolution, and documentation
  • Perform data analytics and interpret predefined datasets related to the processes under review
  • Determine the most effective responses to client requirements and continuously monitor outputs to improve quality, efficiency, and delivery speed over time

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Internal Audit, Risk Management, Digital Governance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Experience working with GRC platforms, workflow automation, or digital governance solutions
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
  • Experience in data analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx) is preferred
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, machine learning applications, or intelligent automation is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with incident management, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams
  • Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CIA, PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant GRC certifications are an advantage
