Staff Principal Product Designer
You will design product experiences from conception through delivery. You will craft detailed user flows and high-fidelity mockups, collaborate closely with engineering, and create any design assets needed. You will establish scalable design processes, champion impactful improvements, contribute to AI design quality, and help set a high bar for design quality and ways of working.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in high-performing, fast-paced startup environments
- Portfolio showcasing successful product work loved by users and produced in high-velocity teams
- Ability to simplify complicated user journeys into intuitive experiences
- Strong prototyping abilities with clear visual communication
- Fluency with design systems and technical implementations
- Outstanding command of visual design, UI patterns, and interaction principles
- Ability to ship and learn extraordinarily quickly
