Staff Product Manager Internal AI Solutions
You will own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for internal AI software products. You will lead stakeholder discovery, prioritize initiatives, define success metrics, write product requirements and strategy documents, prototype with AI development tools, and partner with engineering and executives to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the internal AI product and software portfolio
- Lead discovery with business stakeholders
- Translate findings into a prioritized roadmap
- Define success metrics for every solution
- Own the process from intake to graduation
- Write PRDs, strategy documents, and decision memos
- Build working prototypes with AI development tools and agent frameworks
- Partner with internal engineering to ship products
- Lead executives and functional VPs as peers
Requirements
- 8+ years of software product management experience including Staff, Principal, or Lead IC experience
- Product craft across discovery, roadmap prioritization, product outcomes, PRD writing, and post-launch iteration
- Portfolio of shipped products that materially changed user behavior or business outcomes at scale
- Hands-on engineering ability with AI coding assistants and agent frameworks
- Strong judgment on build, buy, or kill decisions
- Experience leading cross-functional work with senior executives
- Excellent written communication
- Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms
