Staff Product Security Engineer

You will strengthen security across applications, infrastructure, and distributed AI systems through advanced penetration testing, red team operations, AI/ML attack-surface research, and secure-by-design guardrails. You will integrate security tooling, secure Kubernetes and CI/CD environments, and lead security programs from design through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced manual penetration testing across applications, infrastructure, Kubernetes, and microservices
• Lead red team operations, adversary simulations, and security research
• Secure LLM pipelines, vector databases, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows
• Research novel attack surfaces in LLMs and autonomous systems
• Embed security into the SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, container images, and deployment workflows
• Integrate and operationalize SAST, DAST, SCA, and container scanning tools
• Build hardened base images, reusable libraries, and policy-as-code frameworks
• Develop production-grade security tooling
• Lead cross-functional security programs from design through deployment

Requirements

• 8-10 years of hands-on offensive security experience
• Experience with manual penetration testing, red team operations, and adversary simulation
• Familiarity with Cobalt Strike, Sliver, Havoc, exploit development, and security research
• Expertise across MLOps, inference architectures, vector databases, RAG, and agentic frameworks
• Experience securing LLM pipelines and AI workflows in Kubernetes or bare-metal environments
• Production programming experience in Go, Python, or Rust
• Experience securing Kubernetes, containers, VMs, and CI/CD environments
• Deep understanding of application security vulnerabilities, secure coding, and distributed systems
• Ability to lead cross-functional security initiatives
