Staff Software Engineer Agentic Platform

You will build core services for an agentic platform, including APIs, workflow orchestration, and tool integrations. You will integrate internal and third-party platforms, productionize shared AI capabilities, and design reliable, secure, observable services that other teams can easily adopt. You will also shape reusable engineering patterns and automated evaluation pipelines for AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Strong backend or platform engineering experience in production environments
• Knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and service design
• Experience integrating internal and third-party platforms
• Ability to turn emerging needs into robust platform components
• Focus on quality, reliability, and developer usability
• Experience with AI infrastructure or orchestration is helpful
• Experience in regulated industries is valuable
