Staff Software Engineer Agentic Platform
You will build the core services of Tide’s agentic platform, connecting robust backend systems with generative AI. You will design APIs, workflow orchestration and tool integrations, productionise shared AI capabilities, create reliable and observable services, and shape reusable engineering patterns for AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements
- Strong backend or platform engineering experience in production environments
- Knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure and service design
- Experience integrating internal and third-party platforms
- Ability to turn emerging needs into robust platform components
- Strong focus on quality, reliability and developer usability
- Experience with AI infrastructure or orchestration
- Experience in highly regulated industries
