职责：
- 主导核心玩法系统的设计与实现，对关键模块结果负责
- 与设计、美术及产品协作，将需求转化为可落地的工程方案
- 在迭代中平衡开发效率与工程质量，持续优化性能与稳定性
- 识别开发瓶颈，推动工具与流程改进以提升团队效率
- 在团队内提供技术指导，提升整体工程质量与实践水平
- 参与跨团队协作，推动关键目标对齐与落地
- 将 AI Agent 应用于实际开发流程，提升研发效率
必备条件：
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先
- 6–8年以上游戏开发经验，作为核心工程师或主程参与过完整项目周期（原型到上线）
- 精通 C++，具备扎实的工程能力与良好的代码习惯
- 能独立负责系统设计与落地，并在复杂项目中做出关键技术决策
- 有良好的调试与性能优化经验
- 具备玩家视角，能理解技术决策对体验的影响
- 具备扎实的 Unreal 开发经验（在一到两个方向有深度）：
- 熟悉 Gameplay Framework，能进行合理的系统设计与实现
- 能在 C++ 与 Blueprint / Script 间做工程化取舍，并具备实际性能优化或问题定位经验
- 具备与时俱进的 AI 能力：
- 理解 AI Agent 的基本工作方式，并有相关实践经验
- 能基于现有技术构建实用工具或流程，提升研发效率
- 能评估其效果、成本与边界，并在工程中合理使用
优先条件：
- 计算机相关专业硕士及以上学历
- 有完整项目技术负责人或主程经验
- 有中大型团队协作或技术带领经验
- 熟悉 Unreal 更深入模块
- 有将 AI 能力系统性应用于团队或项目中的经验
- 具备良好的英语沟通能力，能够在跨团队/跨地区协作中进行技术交流
