Staff Software Engineer Identity and Access Management
You will own and evolve authentication and authorization infrastructure that enables users to interact securely with services. You will design and build mission-critical identity systems, including identity federation, token lifecycles, and fine-grained access-control models. You will create resilient multi-tenant identity solutions while balancing security, platform stability, and developer experience.

Requirements
- 10+ years of backend or systems engineering experience, including at least 5 years in Identity and Access Management
- Expert-level Go proficiency
- Experience building high-performance, concurrent, scalable distributed systems
- Experience deploying and managing services in Kubernetes environments on AWS or GCP
- Architectural understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and SCIM
- Experience with identity federation, token management, and complex access-control flows
- Knowledge of modern security best practices, encryption standards, and secure coding principles
