Staffing Analyst
Staffing Analysts are responsible for all coordination, planning, and communication related to staffing assignments for BHT, BHT-ABA, BC, MT, and BC-ABA. Staffing Analysts will track and organize the needs of all learners ensuring all service lines are staffed promptly. Staffing Analysts will also be responsible for office communications to families, in addition to providing program knowledge, support, and assistance to all guardians and service providers.
Position Location: Office Based (1 day/week, WFH. Monday/Friday mandatory in-office)
- Coordinate staffing assignments and ensure learners are staffed promptly across multiple service lines.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for families regarding staffing, scheduling, and service coordination.
- Manage open cases, clinician availability, assignments, and staffing needs using Central Reach and internal tracking systems.
- Communicate and coordinate with families, clinicians, supervisors, and internal departments to maintain continuity of care.
- Proactively identify staffing solutions, including replacement cases, additional hours, transfers, and substitute coverage.
- Coordinate introductions, onboarding support, and required training between new staff and clinical team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, staffing records, and assignment information.
- Monitor staffing communications and respond promptly to clinician and family inquiries.
- Prepare staffing reports and maintain accurate availability and open-case tracking.
- Support resolution of staffing barriers, service lapses, and Medical Assistance status changes.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with Care Management and clinical leadership to support quality service delivery.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
· High School Diploma or GED.
· 3+ years customer service experience, preferably in human services, possess demonstrated commitment to customer service.
· Professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors highly preferred.

Staff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances) and be able to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs. Must also complete the NSOR (National Sex Offender Registry) Verification, as well as an active Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).
