Store Excellence Manager

Job Description

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or equivalent

· At least 5 years of experience working in store management

· Experience in Food Industry (ex. KFC, McD, Pizza Hut)

· Excellent planning and organizational ability to multi-task within a fast pace environment

· Strong interpersonal, problem solving skills and have a strong leadership skills to manage big team

Requirements

· Monitoring the performance and flow-through of store plans and programs

· Providing guidance and training to subordinates in the execution of the display program, inventory requirements and all about operation of the store

· Execute developed business strategies and identify opportunities drive sales and increase customer satisfaction

· Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met by providing a safe and clean store environment and implementing loss prevention measures

· Handle continuous improvement program"
