Strategic Account Executive - Sweden - Retail
Manage strategic enterprise accounts across Sweden, focusing on retail and consumer brands. Identify conversational AI opportunities, lead complex sales cycles, create account strategies, advise senior decision-makers, and coordinate customer onboarding, deployment, and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across Sweden, focused on retail and consumer brands.
- Identify conversational AI opportunities for retail customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency.
- Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build business cases translating AI voice technology into measurable business value.
- Develop expertise in the conversational AI landscape, customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends.
- Advise clients on generative AI, voice interfaces, conversational agents, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.
- Develop and execute account expansion strategies within the Swedish retail sector.
- Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering on onboarding, deployment, and expansion.
- Educate C-suite and senior operations leaders on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology.
- Experience selling to C-level and senior decision-makers at Swedish retail and consumer brands.
- Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Established network in the Swedish retail landscape and strong executive presence.
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
- Understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Sweden.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
- Passion for voice and audio AI.
- Native or full professional proficiency in Swedish.
- Strong English proficiency.
