Strategic Account Manager / Director

Connect Energy partners with an ICT service provider to hospitality industry to look for the following position.

Responsibilities

Involve in the development and implementation of sales and marketing projects, together with associated activities for getting potential customer's attention
Provide company with thorough research & analysis of the local business competition for gaining competitive efge
Involvement in the development of company's market research and sales strategy
Acquisition of new customer leads using all available methods- phone, participating in exhibitions, events, presentations etc
Meet assigned strategic account goals in accordance with company's targets
Maintain regular contact with customers and partners
Establish strong, long term client relationships
Liaise with local customers in local language and response to international customers in English correspondence
Organize sales and marketing events for customers
Be company's representative for all corporate interests and its brand when liaising with customers
