Strategic Project Manager - Operations

You will own a portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives from initiation through delivery. You will structure strategic workstreams, manage timelines, align stakeholders, unblock dependencies, support organizational changes, optimize workflows, and lead AI and automation projects within operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and delivering multiple diverse cross-functional projects from conception to completion
• Exceptional organizational and execution skills
• Senior-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Practical awareness of current AI tools
• Foundational understanding of AI agents and business operations applications
• Experience in international, fast-paced technology environments
• Background or strong interest in cryptocurrency or Web3
• Experience scaling OKR methodology is beneficial
• Exposure to change management frameworks is beneficial
