Job description

Specific responsibilities include:

• Independently lead and design part of a strategy that builds strong sustainable competitive advantage and generates tangible impact on Visa's performance
• Break down complex business problems, define a structured approach to addressing the component parts and independently formulate hypothesis
• Combine rigorous analytics with strategic judgment to provide a distinctive perspective and support actionable recommendations
• Develop creative, differentiated solutions that challenge conventional thinking while remaining highly actionable and business-focused
• Develop frameworks that support the prioritization of strategic initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities for their strategic and financial value
• Develop clear, simple and impactful executive level communications, with a strong ability to persuade and influence senior decision makers

Visa requires at least 4 days in office; expectations of these days will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications:

• 2 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or an advanced degree (e.g. masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred qualifications:

• 3 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g. masters, MBA, JD, MD)
