Job description
Specific responsibilities include:
- Independently lead and design part of a strategy that builds strong sustainable competitive advantage and generates tangible impact on Visa's performance
- Break down complex business problems, define a structured approach to addressing the component parts and independently formulate hypothesis
- Combine rigorous analytics with strategic judgment to provide a distinctive perspective and support actionable recommendations
- Develop creative, differentiated solutions that challenge conventional thinking while remaining highly actionable and business-focused
- Develop frameworks that support the prioritization of strategic initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities for their strategic and financial value
- Develop clear, simple and impactful executive level communications, with a strong ability to persuade and influence senior decision makers
Visa requires at least 4 days in office; expectations of these days will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or an advanced degree (e.g. masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g. masters, MBA, JD, MD)
