Student - Mechanical design & development

This posting is for students who wish to apply for an internship/thesis/summer job in mechanical design & development @ Plejd. You should have relevant education or relevant background to apply.

If you have a portfolio, please attach it or have a link to it in your letter/CV. Portfolios are highly valued as a means to assess your skills.

As a part of our mechanical development team, you will probably be working with designing, printing, and prototyping products. Other avenues of interest are also researching materials and techniques in manufacturing.

Internship positions are unpaid. Compensation consists of practical work experience and dedicated instructional time from the team. Please note that we do not offer paid summer jobs in this area but we do offer unpaid internship during the summer also.

Skills required:

- Experience with Solidworks, Catia, or Fusion 360 (or similar software)
- English, spoken and written
