Student Support - Venture Capital team
Job Description
The Student Support – Venture Capital position is allocated directly within the investment team at LGT Capital Partners and is a great opportunity to learn about private markets alongside studies. This role allows you to work part-time (2-3 days) during your semester and full-time during semester breaks. The position is located in Pfäffikon SZ (near Zurich).
The anticipated start date is as soon as possible.
The Student Support – Venture Capital professional joining the team will have the following responsibilities:
Management of the incoming deal flow (for both fund of funds VC investments and direct investments into startups);
Preparation of the materials for an initial discussion within both the VC and the broader investment team;
Monitoring of existing investments;
Preparation of other materials used in internal meetings and external client presentations.
Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or similar subject;
Excellent English writing and communication skills, including personal or professional experience in an English-speaking environment;
Strong interest in enhancing financial acumen and broadening knowledge of the venture capital market;
Good organizational skills.
