Substation Physical Designer - Utilities Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of complex projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

• Prepare, review, and maintain detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

• Manage project documentation, including scope, design inputs, and quality checklists.

• Oversee scope and quality review processes to uphold high standards.

• Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively throughout project lifecycles.

• Collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in power delivery system design.

• Strong understanding of industry-standard design practices, codes, and regulations.

• Some college education preferred; focus in electrical engineering, design, or related field is advantageous.

• Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
