Superannuation Change Analyst - Transformation Program - $155k including Super - Melbourne - Contract to December 2027 - Hybrid

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Change Analyst to join a major transformation program within a leading Australian superannuation organisation.

This is a long-term opportunity through to December 2027, supporting significant technology, process and operational change affecting members, employers and internal teams.

The role will initially support an in-flight Genesys contact centre implementation, before moving onto a major superannuation administration transition program.

The role:

Working alongside program, technology, business and change stakeholders, you will support the analysis, preparation and delivery of change across two significant transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting change impact assessments across people, processes, systems, members and employers
• Supporting the final stages of an in-flight Genesys contact centre implementation
• Supporting a major superannuation administration transition
• Analysing and documenting changes to business processes and workflows
• Identifying impacted stakeholder groups and supporting stakeholder engagement
• Developing change documentation, communications and readiness materials
• Supporting training, implementation and adoption activities
• Working with business teams to understand how system changes affect existing ways of working
• Tracking change readiness, impacts, risks and actions
• Applying structured change methodologies including Prosci

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous superannuation industry experience - essential
• Experience as a Change Analyst within technology or transformation programs
• Experience supporting system change affecting members and/or employers
• Strong process and workflow change experience
• Change impact assessment and stakeholder analysis experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge and practical application of Prosci change methodology
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, Genesys/contact centre systems or superannuation administration transitions will be highly regarded.
