Job Title: Nightclub Supervisor
Department: Operations / Entertainment
Reports To: Club Manager / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily/nightly nightclub operations and ensure smooth operation throughout operating hours.

Coordinate and supervise service staff, floor crew, entertainers, and other operational personnel.

Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate work areas and responsibilities for each shift.

Monitor customer service standards and handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Coordinate entertainment schedules, performances, and operational requirements with the relevant teams.

Ensure the club floor, entertainment areas, entrances, and customer areas are properly maintained and operational.

Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, conduct, and overall work performance.

Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate operational instructions, event arrangements, and management requirements.

Assist management in planning special events, promotions, entertainment programmes, and private functions.

Coordinate with security personnel to maintain orderly operations and respond appropriately to incidents.

Ensure staff follow workplace safety, house rules, licensing requirements, and company procedures.

Monitor inventory and operational supplies and report shortages or requirements to management.

Prepare shift reports and report operational issues, incidents, customer complaints, and staff matters to management.

Assist in training and guiding new employees on service standards and operational procedures.

Support the Club Manager in maintaining efficient, professional, and customer-focused nightclub operations.
