Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is a leading joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, established to deliver world-class program management services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments.
We are seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to join Jasara PMC. This role will manage strategic supplier relationships following MPA award, ensuring supplier performance, call-off readiness, issue resolution, and sustained value realization throughout contract execution.
Key responsibilities
- Establish supplier relationship management processes for awarded MPA suppliers.
- Monitor supplier KPIs, service levels, capacity commitments, delivery performance, and issue logs.
- Coordinate call-off administration with procurement, development, projects, and suppliers.
- Lead regular supplier performance reviews and improvement actions.
- Resolve commercial, operational, and relationship issues.
- Maintain supplier development plans, lessons learned, and performance scorecards.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in procurement, supplier management, contract management, or category management.
- Experience managing post-award supplier performance and contractual obligations.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as procurement, supply chain, engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, business, or law depending on role scope.
- Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement, or comparable capital project environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline, and ability to maintain complete procurement records.
