Key responsibilities

• Prioritizing raw materials and inventory for manufacturing and assembly using D365 in liaison with other team members and supply chain.
• Liaising with workshop and supply chain colleagues to estimate lead times as required at the customer operation and contract review stage.
• Exploring and developing inventory functionality in D365 to ensure it is being used to maximum effect (e.g. use of maximum and minimum levels and re-order quantities, etc.).
• Maintaining accurate maintenance history and other relevant records and certification for rental assets, including flagging to the sales team and operations engineer when certification is due.
• Complying with established company processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience working in stores in a manufacturing unit.
• Excellent skills in Excel, MS Office applications, ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Full driving licence.
