Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic liaison between supply chain and technical teams to ensure alignment of systems with operational goals.
- Oversee the development and execution of supply chain technologies and platforms.
- Partner with internal partners to enhance end-to-end supply chain data enablement, visibility and automation.
- High level and focus on process orientation, setting and managing internal data integrity and control standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, providing insights on best practices and emerging technologies.
- Develops and maintains master production schedules by coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing inventory levels and resource utilization.
- Analyzes historical sales data, market trends, and customer inputs to generate accurate demand forecasts that drive procurement decisions and align supply capabilities with anticipated business needs.
- Own site-wide planning processes and integrate supply chain needs into strategic and business plans.
- Develop and maintain planning tools (e.g., dashboards, trackers) to support cross-functional decision-making.
- Ensure governance of master data (materials, BOMs, recipes, resources).
- Manage buying/planning processes and safety stock strategies to meet production requirements.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the supply chain function.
- Oversee supply chain meetings to resolve delays and shortages; lead materials and production planning to ensure product availability and timely shipments.
- Address supply chain and vendor-related technical issues.
- Collaborate across teams to align business processes and warehousing with short and longer term goals.
- Engage with regulators, customers, and external stakeholders, including during audits.
