Support Engineer
Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Responsibilities:
- Support client production and test environments, maintaining stability and performance.
- Turn client needs into actionable solutions and product enhancements.
- Design, develop and maintain scalable software components and infrastructure.
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimize system architecture.
- Coordinate delivery objectives and client outcomes with global stakeholders across time zones.
- Hybrid work in Wrocław with at least 3 office days weekly.
- Annual gross base pay of PLN 169,000–330,000, plus bonus and equity incentives.
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan, PPK pension plan, 26 vacation days and 6 flex days annually.
- Up to 20 work-from-anywhere days and 2 paid volunteer days per year.

Kogo poszukujemy?
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong Linux expertise and experience in DevOps or programming roles.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash or Shell; Java is preferred.
- Clear communication skills and experience in client-facing or collaborative matrixed environments.
- Experience in a client-facing or customer support engineering role.
- Background in finance, fintech or regulated industries.
- Experience collaborating across global teams and cultural contexts.
