Job Description

Join a cross-functional support team of 6 people, at the heart of electronic trading activities for FOREX and FIXED INCOME products. Based in Paris, our team works on several critical applications used daily by traders, sales, and middle officers.

As a Technical-Functional Support Specialist, you play a central role in the smooth operation of trading-related applications:

• Assist users (traders, sales, middle officers)
• Manage incidents and anomalies related to trading applications
• Conduct investigations into complex functional issues
• Identify recurring incidents and contribute to their long-term resolution
• Collaborate with production teams to improve analysis and monitoring tools
• Maintain regular communication with project teams to track application updates
• Document procedures and write support materials to facilitate knowledge capitalization within the team

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Wishes to evolve in a rich functional environment (FOREX and FIXED INCOME products)
• Enjoys working in direct contact with end-users in a responsive context
• Has a good technical foundation (SQL, Linux)
• Is comfortable in an international environment
• Demonstrates rigor, team spirit, openness, and proactivity
• Is capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders: developers, support, traders, middle/back office teams, compliance
• Is proficient in English, both written and spoken

Required technical skills:

• Linux, Windows
• Language: SQL (proficiency in basic to intermediate queries)
• Analysis: Linux commands (log analysis)
