Sustainability & Hygiene Manager

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to luxury hospitality, food safety, quality assurance, and sustainability excellence. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, a valid HACCP certification, and at least 2 years of experience in hygiene, food safety, quality assurance, or sustainability within an international luxury hotel environment, with additional certifications such as ISO 22000, ISO 14001, or Green Globe considered a strong advantage. Success in this role requires excellent communication and analytical skills, experience in audits and compliance management, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, fluency in English, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a diverse team environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering is mandatory. A Master's Degree or additional qualifications in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety or Hospitality Management will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hygiene, Food Safety, Quality Assurance or Sustainability within an international luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Professional certification in HACCP is mandatory; ISO 22000 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001, Green Globe or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety legislation, hygiene management systems, environmental sustainability standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing internal and external audits, food safety inspections and sustainability certification programs.
• Experience in supplier audits, microbiological monitoring, food safety risk assessments and corrective action management.
• Excellent knowledge of sustainability reporting, environmental KPIs and ESG initiatives.
• Strong analytical, project management and reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
