System Administrator
You will support employees with hardware, software, and network issues; provision and maintain corporate macOS and Windows devices; manage user onboarding, offboarding, and role changes; administer corporate systems; and configure and troubleshoot VPN solutions for secure connectivity. You will also help optimize internal systems, servers, networks, and related hardware and software.
Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support for employee IT requests
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up, configure, and maintain corporate laptops, workstations, and peripherals
- Provision and manage macOS and Windows devices for employees
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and role changes within corporate systems
- Configure and troubleshoot corporate VPN solutions
- Maintain, monitor, and scale internal systems, servers, and networks
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist role
- Hands-on experience with Okta or similar IAM platforms
- Practical knowledge of Kandji for Apple mobile device management
- Proficiency administering Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Admin Console, and Shared Drives
- Understanding of network basics
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting VPNs
- Proficiency managing and troubleshooting macOS and Windows
- Experience managing office network hardware such as Ubiquiti or Cisco is desirable
- Experience configuring and administering Jira and Confluence is desirable
