System Analyst
You will design and document end-to-end product flows between mobile applications, backend services, and external providers. You will analyze and integrate third-party APIs, produce technical documentation and sequence diagrams, and define API contracts. You will break down product requirements into clear technical tasks, participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming, and maintain integration documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design and document end-to-end product flows between mobile applications, backend services, and external providers
- Analyze and integrate third-party APIs
- Produce technical documentation, sequence diagrams and feature specifications
- Define API contracts between mobile applications and backend services
- Analyze external partner documentation and determine integration approaches
- Clarify feature logic with mobile, backend, product and design teams
- Break down product requirements into clear technical tasks for development teams
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming and technical discussions
- Maintain and update product and integration documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Technical Analyst in product companies
- Experience working with mobile applications and mobile-backend architectures
- Strong experience describing API integrations including REST, JSON and webhooks
- Ability to create technical diagrams and system documentation
- Experience analyzing third-party APIs and technical documentation
- Strong understanding of system integration patterns
- Ability to identify edge cases in complex transaction flows
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- English C1
