Mō tēnei tūranga | About the role
We're looking for a Systems Analyst to support the National Cervical Screening Programme Register (NCSP-R), helping ensure the data and systems that underpin the programme are accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose.
In this role, you'll work at the intersection of systems, data, and quality improvement. You'll investigate issues, analyse complex information, monitor system performance, and provide insights that support informed decision-making. Your work will contribute directly to the integrity of the National Cervical Screening Programme and ultimately support better health outcomes for communities across Aotearoa.

Ngā haepapa matua | Key responsibilities
Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of information held within the National Cervical Screening Programme Register (NCSP-R).
Investigate data quality issues, system exceptions, and discrepancies, identifying root causes and supporting resolution activities.
Monitor system performance and undertake data validation, reconciliation, and assurance activities to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Produce reporting, analysis, and insights that support operational, clinical, and programme decision-making.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Mōu ake | About you
Proficiency in the usage of the Microsoft office products (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Experience managing data within a data collection system, including writing queries, analysing data sets, and checking data integrity.
Experience managing and working IT system error queues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
