Systems Analyst SAP-HR
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced System Analyst (SAP-HR) to support SAP HR application analysis, development, implementation and maintenance. The role will work closely with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver SAP HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse user requirements and translate them into application specifications.
- Analyse, design, develop, test, implement and maintain SAP HR applications.
- Support SAP HANA, SAP HR Programming, SAPUI5 and SAP OData Services.
- Support SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Time Off, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Story Reports, Learning and Mobile.
- Support SAP BTP, including SAP Integration Suite, CAP Model and CAM Services.
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, quality assurance and application support.
- Collaborate with users and technical stakeholders to deliver system enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, application design, development, implementation and QA.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HR / SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with SAP HANA, SAPUI5 and SAP OData Services.
- Experience with SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to independently gather requirements and translate them into technical/application specifications.
