Systems Implementation Specialist
You will manage enterprise implementation lifecycles from discovery and scoping through rollout and post-deployment support. You will gather requirements, configure and integrate systems, coordinate stakeholders and technical teams, track documentation and timelines, resolve implementation issues, and improve deployment processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full enterprise implementation lifecycle
- Gather requirements and tailor solutions to client needs
- Lead system configuration, customization, and integration
- Act as the primary implementation contact for client stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate technical teams
- Maintain documentation and implementation timelines
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- Identify process improvements and optimise implementation practices
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in system implementation, preferably in POS, SaaS, or related technology industries
- Experience in systems installation, solutions consulting, or project management
- Hands-on experience in software installation, configuration, and API integration
- Ability to manage complex client rollouts on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems
- High proficiency in Excel or SQL
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Understanding of Indonesian business practices and cultural context
