Talent Acquisition Analyst/Recruiting Coordinator
6+ Month Contract Opportunity
New York, NY

KKR seeks an exceptional, highly motivated recent graduate to join the firm’s Talent Acquisition team as an Analyst supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career to gain broad exposure to recruiting, Human Resources, and the asset management industry while working closely with the leader of KKR’s global recruiting function.

The Analyst will serve as a key partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition, helping manage a portfolio of senior and strategic searches while supporting the reporting, analytics, and day-to-day operations of the global Talent Acquisition function.
