What You’ll Do
- Create engaging job ads and manage postings across various platforms.
- Screen, shortlist, and match candidates to suitable roles.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
- Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates.
- Prepare contracts and handle all required documentation.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Keep an organized, up-to-date candidate database.
