Talent Acquisition Lead

This high-impact role supports hiring mid-to-senior technology professionals across global locations by partnering with senior leaders and HR to shape strategy, deliver excellent candidate experiences, and ensure efficient recruitment operations.

Responsibilities

• Influence senior leaders and hiring managers by managing stakeholder relationships to align recruitment strategies with business needs
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior technology roles across multiple international locations to meet hiring goals
• Coordinate recruitment activities across global offices to ensure consistent and efficient hiring operations
• Utilize ATS platforms to track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and optimize recruitment workflows
• Manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously while maintaining a positive and seamless candidate experience
• Apply a commercial and consultative approach to partner with senior stakeholders and provide strategic hiring advice, challenging decisions when necessary
