As the Director Of Talent Acquisition / Head of Recruiting (India Operations), you will:

Drive Growth & Delivery – Own recruiting and account P/L across India markets.
Leverage AI & Data – Use AI agents and analytics to 10X client and candidate ROI while managing associated risks.
Build & Lead Teams – Mentor, inspire, and scale a high-performing recruiting and client success team.
Adapt & Innovate – Thrive in a startup-like environment, adapting to market and technology shifts.
Strengthen Partnerships – Engage directly with clients, vendors, and industry leaders.
