Talent Acquisition Manager

You will lead full-cycle technical recruiting for incubated and portfolio companies, partnering with founders and executives to define roles, build hiring strategies, and close searches. You will create recruiting frameworks and talent resources, build candidate pipelines, advise on talent planning and compensation, and manage external search partners when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across incubated and portfolio companies, focusing on engineering, product, data science, AI/ML, and technical leadership roles.
• Partner with founders and executive teams to scope roles, define hiring strategies, and drive searches from kickoff through close.
• Advise portfolio leadership on organizational design, talent planning, leadership assessment, and compensation benchmarking.
• Build candidate pipelines and cultivate relationships with technical talent.
• Develop recruiting frameworks and resources, including interview processes, scorecards, leveling frameworks, compensation guidance, and recruiting playbooks.
• Expand and strengthen the talent network across operators, executives, advisors, and industry experts.
• Manage multiple searches and stakeholder relationships across portfolio companies and industries.
• Partner with external recruiting agencies and search firms for priority hiring initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Technical recruiting experience hiring for engineering, product, data science, AI/ML, and other technical functions.
• Experience recruiting for venture-backed startups or fast-paced technology companies.
• Ability to advise founders and senior leadership teams.
• Talent assessment and interviewing capability.
• Communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to build processes in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
