Job Description:
- Develop And Implement The Overall Talent Acquisition Strategy Aligned With Business Objectives.
- Collaborate With Senior Management To Understand Current And Future Workforce Trends.
- Oversee The End-to-end Recruitment Process From Job Requisition To Onboarding.
- ensure Timely And Cost-effective Filling Of Open Positions, Whilst Maintaining High-quality Candidate Experience.
- Lead Efforts And Identify Top-tier Talent Through Various Channels
- Enhance Organization Employer Brand By Developing And And Implementing Strategies To Showcase Company Culture.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in HR with strong exposure in Talent Acquisition.
- Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
