Job Description
- Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Work beyond the traditional talent acquisition role, you will have to define strategic roadmap and create creative initiatives that attracts people to the company.
- Crafting organisational development strategies that ensure continuous learning and growth within the company.
- Assisting in the development of a performance management system that fosters high performance.
- Providing guidance and coaching to managers on people-related matters and decisions.
Requirement
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing strategic talent acquisition strategies, kickstarting employer branding initiatives, and organizational development practices.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- A track record of implementing successful talent strategies within an ambitiously-growing enterprise.
