Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and be part of our growing recruitment function.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  
• Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruitment tools.
  
• Conduct HR screening interviews and assess candidates.
  
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment pipelines.
  
• Support recruitment strategies and contribute to improving the hiring process.
  

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong English communication skills — written and spoken.
  
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
