Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment. This is a full-time role for an experienced recruiter comfortable partnering directly with hiring managers and working with modern AI-enabled recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently - from intake and search strategy through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and closing
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, advising on all aspects of talent acquisition
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn and other platforms to build robust talent pipelines
  • Use AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflow automation to support sourcing, candidate screening, market mapping, outreach personalization, and recruitment reporting
  • Conduct structured interviews and provide well-evidenced assessments to hiring teams
  • Own the candidate experience end to end, maintaining clear and timely communication at every stage
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and report on pipeline health, time-to-hire and other recruitment metrics
  • Closely collaborate with the TA Marketing team on employer branding activities, including attending conferences and other events

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the IT industry
  • Proven track record of independently closing roles across the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and proactive candidate outreach
  • Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers on hiring strategy and process
  • Practical experience with, or clear willingness to adopt, AI-enabled recruiting tools
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong command of English, written and spoken
  • Well organized, able to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities
