Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the mining industry.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and support employer branding efforts.
• Assist in translating and communicating between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local teams when required.

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sector.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
