Talent Insights Analyst

We are seeking an inquisitive, analytical, and commercially minded Talent Insights Analyst to support our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) teams. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce analytics, market research, or recruitment marketing. Utilizing a variety of research tools, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing labor market intelligence, talent insights, competitive benchmarking, & recruitment strategy materials that enable the Recruiters in their workforce planning discussions. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems, can validate information from multiple sources and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
