Talent Sourcer

We run embedded hiring for founders and funds — in Switzerland, Germany, and sometimes beyond. We're adding someone to the team to own the front of every search: find the people, run the first conversations, keep the pipeline moving.

You: native German (you'll speak with German-speaking candidates daily), 1–3 years in sourcing or recruiting (ideally agency-side), comfortable running a first call, AI already part of how you work, scrappy and independent.

A core seat on a small team, working directly with the founder. Fully remote, part-time or full-time. Terms we discuss directly.
