Talents Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.

• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for IT, Banking, and Corporate positions.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to offer management and onboarding.

• Utilize job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels to attract quality candidates.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.

• Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to both hiring manager and candidates.

• Achieve individual recruitment KPIs and contribute to team performance.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

• Self-motivated, independent, resilient, and target-driven.

• Able to work in a fast-paced

• Passionate about recruitment and building a successful career in talent acquisition.

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency specializing in IT, Banking, or Corporate hiring, is an advantage.
