Task Order Project Manager
NexGen Data Systems is seeking a Task Order Project Manager who will serve as the primary contractor management interface with the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer’s Representative, Government management personnel, and customer representatives.
The Task Order Project Manager is responsible for managing scope, schedule, staffing, resources, quality, service levels, transition, deliverables, and overall performance of a 24-person technical workforce supporting DLA NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for all technical, staffing, schedule, quality, and contract execution matters.
- Manage and supervise contractor personnel supporting ServiceNow operations, infrastructure applications, cybersecurity, SecureView, technical projects, and cloud services.
- Prepare and present the contract kickoff executive overview within seven calendar days of the contract start date.
- Coordinate submission of personnel Non-Disclosure Agreements within five business days of each employee’s start date.
- Develop, maintain, and execute the Contractor Quality Control Plan and ensure required revisions are completed within Government-directed timeframes.
- Develop and maintain the comprehensive Transition Plan covering transition-in, transition-out, knowledge transfer, staffing readiness, access, and full-performance milestones.
- Track staffing, onboarding, Common Access Cards, Government-furnished equipment, access credentials, and required DoD 8570/8140 certifications.
- Prepare and submit accurate Monthly Status Reports addressing accomplishments, deliverable progress, problem areas, upcoming activities, travel, unique services, labor expended, and labor remaining.
- Prepare monthly DoD 8570/8140 reports, CAC reports, GFE reports, and other personnel or equipment accountability documentation.
- Develop project plans covering initiation, site survey, implementation, post-installation, and sustainment activities.
- Conduct In-Process Reviews and brief contract status, system designs, functional testing results, risks, staffing, quality, and upcoming milestones.
- Monitor performance against service levels, ticket timeliness, deliverable quality, and contractual acceptance standards.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent quality deficiencies, missed deadlines, service-level failures, or performance-payment reductions.
- Ensure all deliverables are accurate, clear, complete, editable, professionally formatted, and submitted by required due dates.
- Coordinate transition-out activities, including final documentation transfer, knowledge transfer, CAC and GFE return, access termination, and uninterrupted handoff to the Government or follow-on contractor.
