Team Lead - QA

Duties & Responsibilities:

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Identify, record, document, and reproduce bugs

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide the testing estimation

Database testing and audit

Coordination with Dev and BA

Perform peer test reviews to identify improvements to test plans

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors in CS from a reputable university

4-6 years of relevant experience

Skills Required:

Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Critical thinking; a company's product must meet its customers' requirements

Good knowledge of SQL and scripting

Hands-on experience with automated testing tools

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

Performed a variety of tests, such as regression, integration, platform, and performance testing to confirm the stability of software systems
