Technician

About the role

The Technician role is based in the Facilities Department at Seletar Country Club, reporting to the Supervisor, Facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out the day to day maintenance schedule assigned by the Technicians, Supervisor/Operations Manager
• Check, maintain and plan smooth operations of all building services
• Assist the Supervisor or Operations Manager to keep and update records of M&E installations and equipment in the building
• Assist and monitor the performance of term contractors and contractors on call
• Ensure proper accounting of all tolls, equipment and stocks
• Maintain proper records of building plans, drawings and all M&E services including operational manuals
• Ensure that all essential M&E plant rooms are checked, maintained and properly secured
• Attend to emergencies arising from breakdown or malfunction of M&E services
• Monitor and keep records of water and electricity consumption
• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year Experience in Building/Facility/ACMV maintenance. Fresh candidate will also be considered. Training will be provided.
• G.C.E. or NITEC Certificate (Building/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent.
• Must be able to perform shift duties on weekdays, weekends & Public Holiday.
• Positive working attitude and a team-player.
