Technical Account Manager
You will support a small portfolio of strategic clients by identifying priorities, developing engagement plans, managing milestones, and mitigating risks. You will advise client teams on Dataiku architecture, deployment, operations, security, data management, compute resources, MLOps, monitoring, and scaling. You will troubleshoot integrations, document technical information, capture feedback, advise technology leaders, and support advanced use cases such as edge computing and deep learning.
Responsibilities
- Identify short- and long-term priorities with customers and the internal account team
- Develop engagement plans
- Manage project milestones and contribute to deliverables
- Provide status updates and mitigate issues and risks
- Centralize client technical information
- Contribute to account strategy
- Document processes and improve team effectiveness
- Share knowledge
- Advise client teams on Dataiku architecture, deployment, operations, security, data management, compute resources, MLOps, monitoring, and scaling
- Troubleshoot product integrations
- Capture client feedback and feature requests
- Advise client technology leaders on complementary technologies and technical strategy
- Support advanced Dataiku use cases
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Experience supporting pre-sales and post-sales engagements
- Proficiency in Linux system administration including networking
- Experience with LDAP, Kerberos, Active Directory, and IAM
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes setup, administration, troubleshooting, and tuning
- Familiarity with Hadoop and/or Spark
- Experience with Python
- Data science knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Java
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
