We are looking for a Technical Analyst to join the Development team. They’re responsible for transforming business requirements into technical requirements.
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Partner with project Sponsors to understand the need or problem being addressed.
- Understand the nuances of the business, complexities, and regulations in the firm and role.
- Think ahead of business Partners offering solutions to gaps that might have been overlooked.
- Design low maintenance solutions.
- Brainstorm creative solutions that address existing technical debt where possible.
- Negotiate solutions with both the Stakeholders and developers to balance requests with what is technically possible.
- Appropriately push back on scope creep while maintaining good relationships with project sponsors.
