Technical Analyst - Smelter Planning
| Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans for smelting operations |
| Coordinating with operation teams to align execution with business/rolling plans |
| Monitoring actual vs planned production and analyzing deviations |
| Plan requirement of concentrates, fluxes, process consumables etc and ensuring their availability using SAP tools etc. |
| Coordinating with procurement and stores for timely availability |
| Tracking KPIs such as throughput, recovery, fuels consumptions and downtimes. |
| Generating MIS reports, dash boards, operations review ppts, dash boards for management review. |
| Monitoring stock levels of raw materials, WIP, FG and coordinating monthly physical verifications. |
| Coordinating with operations and maintenance teams for planned shutdowns |
| Ensure planning aligns with safety procedures and statutory norms. |
- BE/Btech in Chemical/Metallurgical
- Over 3 years of experience in planning or production coordination roles preferred., exposure to smelting operations of non ferrous is an advantage.
- Familiarity with production planning tools and SAP
- Effective communication and reporting skills
- Strong data analysis and ability to interpret process parameters
