Roles & Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design
- Design end-to-end technical architecture for Microsoft .Net and Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement) implementations, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Define solution blueprints covering .Net and CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, and data migration strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend architecture patterns (on-premises, cloud, hybrid) aligned with client and business requirements.
- Own technical decision-making across the .Net and CRM solution lifecycle — from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development, QA, and functional consulting teams.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and enforce best practices for .Net and CRM plugin development, custom workflows, and Power Automate flows.
- Guide teams on .Net and Dynamics CRM SDK usage, entity design, security roles, and solution layering strategy.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex design and performance issues.
- Solution Implementation
- Lead configuration and customization of .Net and Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or custom entities as applicable).
- Architect integrations between .Net, Dynamics CRM and external/internal systems using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management), Web APIs, and middleware tools.
- Define data migration and ETL strategies using tools such as SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
- Oversee application lifecycle management (ALM) using Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines for .Net and Dynamics solutions.
- Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Present architectural proposals, conduct technical walkthroughs, and support pre-sales/solutioning activities as needed.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution design documents (SDDs), and architecture diagrams.
- Governance & Quality
- Establish coding standards, security guidelines, and performance benchmarks for .Net and CRM development teams.
- Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting for .Net and CRM environments.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and organizational governance policies.
Core Technical Skills:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5–6 years in Microsoft .Net and Dynamics CRM/365 CE architecture and implementation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft .Net and Dynamics 365 CRM — plugin development, custom workflows, business process flows, entity/form customization, and security model design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies: C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, JavaScript, TypeScript.
- Experience with Power Platform: Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure DevOps, Azure Active Directory.
- Solid understanding of SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.
- Experience with CRM data migration and integration tools (SSIS or equivalent).
- Architecture & Process
- Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise CRM solutions.
- Familiarity with Solution Architecture frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup for .Net and Dynamics 365 solutions using Azure DevOps.

- Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
